When To Apply:
Spots fill up very quickly! LOMSAA encourages families to begin the application process early in January. The application must be completed online and supplemental application forms downloaded, completed and returned by mail. You may pay the $350 registration fee* by check (mailed with application forms and made out to LOMSAA) or by Paypal (see our "Payments" page). When all forms (your application is NOT complete without completing the parent questionnaire and student questionnaire) and fees are received, you will be contacted to schedule a family interview.
Twenty students per class comprised of continuing students and new applicants will be part of the LOMSAA student body this fall. In the event that classes are full, please submit an application if you would like to be placed on our wait list. If a vacancy arises, and every spring, all wait-listed candidates will be reviewed and may be called for an interview any time after receipt of application.

*Registration fee is non-refundable and due upon application. In the event a student is not accepted into the program, 50% of the amount will be refunded to the family.

(Our website does not allow the use of the same email address on multiple student accounts).
